Abstrakt EN:
The subjectivity of employees in corporate governance system means employees' involvement in taking decisions by means of giving opinions, negotiation and consultation, as well as genuine influence development directions through company managers. Employee participation in corporate governance organs gives rise to a number of controversies. So far it has been identified with the presence of workers 'unions' representatives in supervisory board of companies and their objective has been to resolve conflicts between the "capital" (owners and their representation, i.e. board of directors) and work (employee collective treated as subject). Participation so understood varies in different corporate governance models, in which the Anglo-Saxon model is most frequently juxtaposed with the German one. Delegating decision-making powers to lower levels of management customarily requires precise definitions of subordinate decision range. The basic mechanism defining the principles of obtaining the balance of stakeholders' goals should be Good Corporate Practices (principles of corporate organization). The sense of participation in decision-making process considerably influences their work motivation and productivity. (original abstract)
