Abstrakt EN:

The main aim of this thesis is to point out efficiency indicator of corporate governance as well as to emphasise the meaning of their diversity. The thesis was set that the efficiency of corporate governance is tantamount to efficiency of an enterprise and had to explain if all established targets by the stakeholders were met. The main tool of measuring and assessing of corporate governance should be an analysis which enables making correct diagnosis which allow to make decisions sensibly taking into consideration corporate lifecycles and select the appropriate targets for them.
