Abstrakt EN:

The article presents sources of financing for regional development strategy using the Podkarpackie Voivodship as an example. The legal foundations for working out a strategy for voivodship development are presented along with the formulation of a financial framework. This is followed by a presentation of the financial instruments for implementing a development strategy for the Podkarpackie Voivodship, which fall into two groups of funds - those co-finansed by the European structural funds and those from local government budgets of that voivodship.
