Celem opracowania jest przedstawienie dyskusji na temat zastrzeżeń instytucjonalizmu wobec założeń modelu neoklasycznego. Cel ten zostanie zrealizowany poprzez krytyczne zestawienie poglądów na temat rozbieżności, jak i wspólnych cech w metodologii instytucjonalizmu oraz ekonomii neoklasycznej. (fragment tekstu)

Abstrakt EN:

The paper presents a discussion on institutionalism claims against the neoclassical model assumptions. Critical summary of views on differences common features in the methodology of institutionalism and neoclassical economics can refer to such problems, as the existence of: transaction costs, the time factor and the uncertainty (and hence rationality). It is also a completely different research area of institutionalism and neoclassical economics. However, one cannot deny that institutional economics is not as yet developed a clear and independent methodologies and introducing objections to the assumptions of the neoclassical models, is still based on his method of research.(original abstract)
