Abstrakt EN:
The paper offers an analysis of animal production in the South-Eastern Macroregion between 1975 and 1983 and a demonstration of the specialization of the various provinces in various kinds of animal production. Analysis has demonstrated that the macroregion and its provinces enjoy favourable conditions for animal production development as can be illustrated by the high number of cattle per 100 ha of arable land exceeding the national everage as well as of pigs and sheep in some of its provinces. An analysis of animal production between 1975-1933 has confirmed, however, a large instability of the production and a certain multiformity of its growth in the macroregion. With the view of determining the specialization of the provinces in animal, production, use has duly been made of the WS<sub>1</sub> specialization coefficient which has been conducive to an appreciation of the specialization of the South-Eastern Macroregion provinces in a particular line of animal production.
