Abstrakt EN:

In the paper some measures concerning the investigation of the structure of investment outlays in 1961-1965 have been presented. Articular, the years 1961 (the beginning of the five year plan and 1965 (the end of the five year) have been taken into account. The investigation of the structure of the outlays has been made for the whole country, for particular voivodeships and for the counties of Cracow voivodeship. In order to complete the analysis of the spatial distribution of investment outlays in 1961-1965 some coefficients characterzing this distribution have been calculated, viz. quotients of location. coefficients of location and coefficients of distribution and specialization for total outlays in the years 1961 and 1965. A general conclusion that can be drown after studying the quotients of location verifies spatial differenciation of outlays in the investigated voivodeships and counties. The coefficient of location amounts to 0,70 in poorly industrialized and agricultural voivodeships and above 1,00 in industrialized ones. Unequal distribution of investments according to the number of population and area has been also confirmed by deviations and coefficients of location. Coefficients of specialization have also been calculated for the years 1961 and 1963 according to voivodeships. The objects of specialization are investments arranged according to particular branches of national economy. The abtained coefficients allow to single out voivodeships in which a greater part of outlays is devoted to the development of industry. Here belong voivodeships of Krakow Wrocław and Katowice and the city of Kraków. On the other hand voivodeships of Białystok, Olsztyn and Poznań devote a considerable part of their investments to agriculture. Moreover, some coefficients resulting from the relationship between national income and investments, real estate and investments and employment and investments have been calculated for particular voivodeships (for 1961).
