Abstrakt EN:
The aim of the paper is to present legal conditions of functioning of the telecommunications sector in the European Union. Particular emphasis has been placed on demonstrating the objectives of the telecom regulation, the course of the sector liberalization process as well as describing the most important rules of regulation that have been introduced with the package of directives in 2002. The latest reform of 2009 has also been brought up. (original abstract)
