Abstrakt EN:

Public debate on management of State Treasury corporate assets has been an inspiration to prepare this paper. Current state of affaires and public proposals have been evaluated in the context of 2015 OECD Guidelines on Corporate Governance of State-Owned Enterprises. The results of the research show that majority of Guidelines needs real implementation, but some of them require further discussion taking into account national conditions. (original abstract)
