Abstrakt PL:

Głównym narzędziem pomiaru i oceny sprawności ekonomicznej przedsiębiorstwa jest analiza umożliwiająca stawianie diagnoz pozwalających na racjonalne podejmowanie decyzji. W pracy omówiono istotę analiz ekonomicznych. Następnie przedstawiono audyt procesów przebiegających w przedsiębiorstwie i skupiono się na zysku i rentowności, a także procesie tworzenia wartości będących miernikami oceny przedsiębiorstwa.

Constructing a system for measuring and evaluating the effectiveness of an enterprise is becoming increasingly difficult. The environment is less predictable than in the past; companies are becoming bigger, more flexible and more exposed to external pressures, and management must take this into consideration. Economic analysis is the tool that enables measurement and evaluation. The basic measures are effectiveness and economy - measured at the company process level as well as at the systemic level (the entire organisation) - which are focused on profit and profitability, free cash flow, and economic value added (EVA).
