W artykule przeprowadzono analizę wykorzystania środków z programu SAPARD na działania związane z z rozwojem rolnictwa i obszarów wiejskich. Wykazano dobrą organizację zarządzania i kontroli tego programu przez Agencję Restrukturyzacji i Rolnictwa.

Abstrakt EN:

In this article, the author presents and discusses in detail the SAPARD Programme. Furthermore, based on outlays incurred on particular activities, she presents how the SAPARD funds were used from 2000 to 2003 in Poland and the plan for the use of the SAPARD Programme in 2004-2006. The SAPARD Programme is very important for the development of agriculture and rural areas and its use provides hope that resources from the Structural Funds can be utilised to the same extent for the development of agriculture and rural areas.
